We need to do all we can to help the bees stay healthy. GEOs and pesticides need to be carefully tested in very controlled conditions before release.

The bees are our most critical link with the natural world, and with our own future. They are innocent victims of chemical assault, and what befalls them befalls humanity.

Wake up and wake up our world to the sacredness of the bees!

We have driven ourselves/been driven to stand upon this precipace of the end of natural food production around us. Since human pre-history, we have acted in partnership with bees to grow the food we need to survive. When we, as a society, have blindly allowed the chemical polluters to destroy this mechanism with no reaction to this horrible crime, it signals to me that we have lost the logical compass with which we, as a species, have claimed control of and dominion over this planet. I've no doubt that our due awaits us.

When are we going to err on the side of caution when OUR LIVES ARE ON THE LINE. "After the fact" has often been tragic. Think about it a minute. We all HAVE TO EAT.

How is it that Congress can IGNORE the gravest of problems like climate control and now the threat to our pollinators? How selfish can (esp) the Senate be? I'd say it's worse than treasonous as the whole world is put in jeopardy by not taking care of these problems. Do you not KNOW this? Or do you not CARE? Both of these options seem impossible. So what's the deal??

Honeybees play an important role in our daily lives and more needs to be done to preserve and increase their population.

If our Government and the Agencies that are responsible for protecting all the citizens of the United States are indeed protecting us, then they should have no problem in protecting our food sources which includes these pollinators. However, if they know of this problem and do nothing, they are not doing the job that we the people voted them in office to do. If people die, would that be considered accessory to murder? Just asking.

Please do what you can to save the bees of this world. Support the passage of Save America's Pollinators Act of 2013. Thank you.

Why is this an issue? The future of our food is at stake! Damn the corporations and their chemicals. It is time for the interests of the majority of individuals is paramount.

if the bees die, so will we.

It doesn't take a scientist to understand that if we keep losing pollinators (i.e. bats, bees, butterflies, etc.) that we are going to reach a 'tipping point'.

CONGRESS: In case you missed this sentence I quote the above: "It would be nice if our own Congress might one time have the foresight to implement good public policy, without lurching from one monumental catastrophe to the next. This literally may be our last chance to save our food supply." This is REAL, fact-based science, not some politically-driven pundit-talk. If we ignore this information and take no action to correct things IT WILL BE AT OUR OWN PERIL. And it's in Congress' hands.

Please help to support Earth and Mother Nature of which we are a part of. Being intelligent creatures, we have the ability to support or wreck the environment which keeps us alive! Let us not take the suicidal route.
